Administrative Services Assistant Opportunity

Lillooet Hospital and Health Centre is seeking a skilled Administrative Services Assistant to join their team. This permanent part-time position offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the healthcare team, including data entry, correspondence, and record management.
  • Assist with scheduling and confirming client appointments, as well as receiving and processing cash transactions.
  • Maintain and clean medical/surgical supplies, equipment, and HCIS resource material.
  • Perform various reception and administrative duties, including preparing presentations and arranging meetings.


Requirements:
  • A current supervised 5-minute typing test with a speed of 40 wpm or greater, completed within the past 24 months from a recognized institution.
  • Office Assistant Certificate.
  • A current valid BC Driver's License.
  • Resume and cover letter stating availability to start in a new position.
