Job Title: Business Relationship Senior Manager

Position Overview:

The Senior Manager in Business Relationship Management (BRM) is essential in cultivating robust partnerships between IT and various business divisions within the company. Acting as a trusted consultant, this role requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders to synchronize business requirements with IT services, thereby driving organizational growth and improving customer satisfaction through effective communication and strategic planning.

Reporting to the Global Director of Planning and Project Services (PPS), the ideal candidate will manage a portfolio of client support services, focusing on the implementation and enhancement of Business Relationship Management best practices within the organization. This role may also encompass leadership responsibilities within the IT PPS team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and cultivate relationships with senior leadership to align technology initiatives with business goals.
  • Serve as a liaison between business executives and technology teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Assist in the formulation of technology strategies and future planning to fulfill business requirements.
  • Guarantee that project requests are aligned with business priorities and IT capabilities.
  • Oversee project portfolios, assess risks, and resolve issues to ensure successful project execution.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to adjust IT strategies as necessary.
  • Lead the rollout of Business Relationship Management processes within the organization.
  • Mentor and develop team members, promoting a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in a relevant discipline is required; additional certifications are a plus.
  • Experience in business relationship management, program, and project management is essential.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to analyze data, assess performance metrics, and make informed strategic decisions.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Flexibility and the ability to excel in a dynamic environment.
