About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Partnership Lead to join our team at CHEP. As a key member of our Digital Strategy team, you will play a critical role in driving our Commercial Development program through B2B partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute B2B Partnership Strategy
    • Identify and evaluate potential partnership opportunities to drive business growth and expansion.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior executives and functional leaders.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement partnership strategies.
  • Manage Partnership Opportunities
    • Source, evaluate, and negotiate partnership opportunities to drive business growth and expansion.
    • Develop and manage partnership agreements and contracts.
    • Monitor and report on partnership performance and progress.
  • Drive Business Growth through Partnerships
    • Develop and execute plans to drive business growth through partnerships.
    • Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities through partnerships.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business growth strategies.
Requirements
  • Experience
    • Extensive experience in business development, partnerships, or a related field.
    • Proven track record of driving business growth through partnerships.
  • Skills and Knowledge
    • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a fact-based, hypothesis-driven, focused manner.
    • Initiative, ownership, and outcome orientation.
    • Strong influencing and relationship skills.
  • Education
    • University undergraduate degree in a related field.
    • MBA or Law degree preferred.
