Key Responsibilities:

* Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs
* Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and senior staff positions
* Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
* Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions
* Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff and delegate authority
* Conduct performance reviews and write technical reports
* Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware
* Establish financial and administrative controls and approve promotional campaigns

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree
* 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in management
* Excellent written communication and judgement skills
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
* Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Accurate and organized with excellent judgement
* Ability to relocate for this position
