Salary: $195,887 - $210,000 + Super + Salary Sacrifice
Organization Overview: Moreton ATSICHS is dedicated to delivering a cohesive and integrated strategy for the planning, development, and provision of comprehensive primary health care services tailored for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities in the South East QLD Region.
Position Overview: Reporting directly to the CEO, the Chief Executive Officer of Corporate Services will play a pivotal role in driving and integrating operational support systems and activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the management of internal client requirements across various domains including Human Resources, Finance, Quality & Accreditation, Warehouse, Infrastructure & Logistics, Workplace Health & Safety, and ICT support.
- Enhance organizational effectiveness through strategic planning and operational excellence, leading the development of best practices and consultancy services.
- Assume leadership and accountability for Corporate Services, ensuring the delivery of KPIs and Management Reports.
- Identify the needs of Business Units and formulate specific service plans, ensuring a client management focus is maintained by the Corporate Services team.
- Lead the assessment and development of region-wide best practice Corporate Services solutions, including the identification of optimal systems, shared procurement opportunities, and pathways.
- Manage the development, costing, and contract oversight of corporate service delivery support for Moreton ATSICHS and its members.
- Actively foster the growth and development of managers to ensure effective performance in their roles, while appropriately delegating responsibilities and accountabilities.
- Provide insights and recommendations to the CEO and member service leaders regarding future technology needs and ICT direction for Moreton ATSICHS and its member services.
Qualifications:
