Chief Executive Officer, Invest WindsorEssex

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Leader to join our team as the Chief Executive Officer of Invest WindsorEssex. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving economic growth and development in the region.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive roadmap for economic development across the region, with a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Collaborate with a distinguished Board of community leaders to set priorities, create performance metrics, and leverage resources to drive economic growth.
- Act as a principal relationship developer with businesses, public institutions, and other key stakeholders in the region.
- Support business retention, small business start-ups, and overall economic growth for the region.
- Accomplished leader with experience working with Boards, government representatives, corporate decision makers, and community leaders.
- Compelling speaker and presenter with a strong track record of building economic development credentials.
- Superior communication skills with the ability to model excellence, respect, and trust.
- Champion of diversity, equity, and inclusion with a strong ability to establish relationships with diverse stakeholder communities.
