  • Financial Management
    • Develop and manage the college's budget, ensuring financial stability and growth.
    • Make informed decisions about resource allocation and investment.
  • Human Resources
    • Lead the development and implementation of human resources strategies and policies.
    • Oversee the recruitment, selection, and development of staff and faculty.
  • Communication and Collaboration

Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or education.
  • Experience
    • At least 1 year of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in a higher education institution.

    • Strong business acumen and financial management skills.
