About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Insurance Services team as Chief Operating Officer. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of our insurance operations services and driving business growth through strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans and objectives to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Lead a team of professionals in delivering high-quality insurance operations services to clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our services remain competitive and relevant
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, mathematics, accounting, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in the insurance industry, with a strong background in operations and management
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and improving operational efficiency
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
