Product Visionary for Financeit

About the Role:
As a Group Product Manager at Financeit, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our products and driving our company's success. This position requires a visionary leader with a passion for technical solutions, empathy for both users and customers, and the ability to inspire and guide a talented product team along with the full organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and drive the strategic vision for our product portfolio, ensuring alignment with overall company goals and market opportunities.
- Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and impactful products.
- Lead a talented team of product managers, owners, designers, implementation managers, and technical account managers while fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Stay attuned to market trends and client/user needs, leveraging data and insights to inform product decisions and optimize performance.
- Develop and execute successful go-to-market strategies and achieve product success, ultimately contributing to the company's growth and scalability.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in product management and software development delivery.
- Experience in leading people or product teams in an Agile environment.
- Direct experience building out complex web/SaaS/enterprise platforms with an understanding of technical components of application software building.
- Direct experience leading integrations with 3rd party vendors/partners via API.
- The ability to understand users' needs and translate them into amazing products.
- Stakeholder management and client management experience, including the ability to sell concepts and visions.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines under pressure by refining scope and making trade-offs.
- Understand and influence corporate strategy and advocate for Product within the leadership team.
- Work with cross-functional leaders to move strategic objectives forward.
