About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Bilingual Customer Success Representative to join our team. As a Customer Success Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our Partners and Borrowers, providing top-notch customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by resolving inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Respond to all customer inquiries promptly and maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
  • Process and reconcile daily financial transactions related to loan payments and reversals.
  • Meet strict service level agreements associated with payment processing and daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations.
  • Stay up-to-date on all aspects of Financeit's services and products.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the overall customer experience and implement process improvements.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless customer service and support.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in client relationship management and customer service.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and French.
  • Previous experience in payment processing and customer service would be an asset.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-centric and positive attitude with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
