About the Role:

The Ledcor Group of Companies is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR Business Services team, you will play a critical role in providing expert guidance and support to our leaders and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior leaders to identify key issues impacting operational goals and employee experience.
  • Analyze and interpret employee data to support identification of client group issues and drive data-informed decisions.
  • Collaborate with the wider HR team to adapt enterprise solutions for local considerations.
  • Work with the Employee & Business Services team to ensure consistent and effective delivery of HR services.
  • Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to operational business leaders.
  • Use data to drive operational insights and implement people solutions.

Requirements:

  • Experience advising and collaborating with operational business leaders.
  • Business acumen and ability to quickly learn client group business.
  • Solid understanding of applicable employment and human rights legislation, HR processes, and programs.
  • Ability to effectively educate leaders and employees on the impact and value of HR services.
