About the Role
As a Strategic HR Business Partner Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders to understand their business needs and develop strategic HR plans to support their objectives. You will also lead a team of HR Business Partners and engage with senior leaders to design and implement innovative solutions aligned with corporate initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in HR or related field and a minimum of 8 years of HR experience.

- Data-driven decision-making abilities and strong problem-solving skills.
