HR Business Partner Opportunity at Ledcor

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our team at Ledcor, a leading construction company in North America. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a critical role in supporting our business leaders and employees in achieving our organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to business leaders on HR-related matters, including talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to identify key issues impacting operational goals and employee experience, and develop data-informed solutions to address these challenges.
  • Work with the HR team to adapt enterprise solutions for local considerations, ensuring effective delivery of HR services to our business units and sites.
  • Partner with Employee & Business Services team to ensure consistent and effective delivery of HR services.
  • Analyze and interpret employee data to support identification of client group issues and drive data-informed decisions by management.
Requirements:
  • Experience advising and collaborating with operational business leaders and providing strategic guidance and recommendations.
  • Ability to quickly learn client group business to connect people considerations to wider business impact.
  • Solid understanding of applicable employment and human rights legislation, HR processes and programs, and ability to effectively educate leaders and employees on the impact and value of HR services.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
