Key Responsibilities:

  • Employee Relations:
    • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws.
    • Investigate and resolve complex employee issues, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment that supports employee engagement and retention.
  • HR Operations:
    • Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, performance management, and employee engagement activities.
    • Support the administration of HR policies and procedures, ensuring consistency and compliance across the organization.
  • Business Partnering:
    • Partner with business unit leaders to understand their goals and provide strategic HR support, analyzing HR metrics to drive informed decision-making.
    • Identify and address training needs, working with the Learning & Development team to implement appropriate solutions.
  • Talent Management:
    • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to attract and retain top talent, supporting recruitment efforts within the business units.
    • Assist in workforce planning to ensure the right talent is in place to achieve business objectives.
  • HR Strategy and Corporate Culture:
    • Support the development, implementation, and promotion of HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with business goals and foster a positive corporate culture.
    • Champion a positive corporate culture by promoting programs that enhance employee engagement, recognition, and overall well-being.
  • Compliance:
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
    • Stay informed about changes in HR policies and employment law, advising business units as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex employee relations issues effectively.
  • Exceptional organizational and conflict management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • High degree of professionalism in handling sensitive and confidential matters.
