About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic HR Business Partner to join our team at Electronic Arts. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in driving business outcomes through strategic HR initiatives and programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transactional Process Management: Develop and implement transactional processes to support the delivery of core programs and ensure seamless integration with people management platforms.
  • Cultural Stewardship: Collaborate with managers, employees, and cross-functional teams to foster a healthy, cohesive, and collaborative work environment that promotes a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Coaching and Development: Provide candid, unbiased coaching and counsel to managers to enhance their effectiveness and improve individual and team capabilities.
  • Talent Readiness: Develop and implement global talent programs, including talent strategy, planning, and performance management, to grow key talent and drive business outcomes.
  • Insights and Analytics: Leverage HR technology, business intelligence, and market information to provide data-driven insights that inform business decisions and drive sound outcomes.
  • Business Acumen: Develop a deep understanding of client and market business models, cycles, priorities, and cultural nuances to inform operational execution and drive business success.
  • Change Management: Partner with site leadership and global teams to assess change readiness, provide localization input, and collaborate to develop solutions that increase adoption and drive business outcomes.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field combined with seven years of progressive experience as an HR business partner or generalist.
  • Experience and Skills: Substantial experience working with managers as an advisor, prior employee relations experience, and the ability to quickly integrate into a complex business.
  • Analytical Mindset: Experience using data and data-driven insights to support business decisions.
  • Local Knowledge: Demonstrated knowledge of HR requirements, best practices, administration, employment laws, and customs, with the ability to translate that knowledge into scalable solutions.
  • Change Management: Experience working in creative environments and supporting creative teams.
