Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field combined with seven years of progressive experience as an HR business partner or generalist.
  • Experience and Skills: Substantial experience working with managers as an advisor, prior employee relations experience, and the ability to quickly integrate into a complex business.
  • Analytical Mindset: Experience using data and data-driven insights to support business decisions.
  • Local Knowledge: Demonstrated knowledge of HR requirements, best practices, administration, employment laws, and customs, with the ability to translate that knowledge into scalable solutions.
  • Change Management: Experience working in creative environments and supporting creative teams.
