- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals and foster a positive corporate culture, promoting employee engagement and well-being.
- Work closely with the HR team to ensure that HR initiatives are consistent and aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Champion a positive corporate culture by promoting programs that enhance employee recognition, well-being, and overall job satisfaction.
- Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations, staying informed about changes in HR policies and employment law.
- Support the implementation of diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, promoting a culture of respect and inclusivity.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner role.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex employee relations issues effectively.
- Exceptional organizational and conflict management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High degree of professionalism in handling sensitive and confidential matters.
