Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Clark Construction Management. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, development, and execution of high-rise construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with senior project managers, superintendents, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
  • Manage project risks, identify potential issues, and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
  • Lead and mentor project teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
  • Manage project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Ensure project documentation is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education degree or diploma in a construction-related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of direct project management experience in high-rise construction.
  • Demonstrated success in project delivery and execution of project management methods.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict management skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate project teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
