About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Retail Partnerships and Growth to join our team at Lightspeed Commerce. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our retail partnerships strategy, driving business growth, and leading a team of partnership managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Retail Partnerships Strategy
    • Identify and pursue strategic partnerships with key retailers and industry players to drive business growth and expand our market presence.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retail executives, product managers, and sales teams.
  • Lead Partnership Management Team
    • Manage a team of partnership managers responsible for onboarding, managing, and supporting retail partners.
    • Provide guidance and support to ensure the team is meeting its objectives and delivering high-quality results.
  • Drive Business Growth
    • Develop and execute business plans to drive revenue growth and expand our market share.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to ensure alignment and effective execution.
  • Strategic Planning and Analysis
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the retail industry.
    • Develop and maintain strategic plans to address these findings and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • 10+ Years of Experience
    • Proven track record of success in retail partnerships, business development, or a related field.
  • Leadership and Management Skills
    • Experience leading high-performing teams and managing multiple priorities.
  • Strategic Thinking and Planning
    • Ability to develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills
