Front Desk Coordinator

About the Role
The HR Pro is seeking a highly skilled and professional Front Desk Administrator to be the face of our office and provide administrative support to our real estate agents. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for greeting clients and efficiently addressing or redirecting their inquiries to appropriate personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer all incoming calls and forward calls to the appropriate personnel
• Respond and speak to all clients in a friendly and professional manner that represents the brand and image of the organization
• Facilitate the preparation, labeling, and cleaning of Open House signs for agents
• Upload and update listings to TRREB's MLS system
• Provide an excellent first impression
• Use BrokerBay to log and confirm showing requests
• Provide customer support to sales representatives
• Receive deposit cheques and issue receipts
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Talent Specs:
• Proven customer service with a timely response to customer inquiries in a pleasant, courteous, and professional manner
• Ability to identify the needs of both our clients and agents using superior communication skills
• Excellent computer skills with knowledge of Adobe and Microsoft Outlook
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the real estate industry is mandatory
• Excellent analytical skills and organizational skills
• Independent worker and approachable, positive, and respectful team player
• Ability to handle a very busy, fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
This position requires working the front desk at the corporate office, Monday to Friday, 5pm to 9pm, with alternating evening and weekend shifts.
