We are currently seeking a skilled Strategic Talent Acquisition Partner to join our enthusiastic Talent Acquisition team on a fixed-term basis. This role is pivotal in shaping our recruitment strategy and enhancing our workforce.

Reporting directly to the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will oversee our Contractor and Digital recruitment portfolios.

As the Strategic Talent Acquisition Partner, your role will involve close collaboration with hiring managers to attract and secure exceptional talent both locally and internationally. You will manage the complete recruitment lifecycle while aligning with the organization’s strategic priorities.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Offering expert guidance and partnership to the business
  • Advertising roles, screening applicants, and proactively sourcing candidates
  • Coordinating interviews, conducting pre-employment checks, and managing onboarding processes
  • Enhancing our employer brand in the marketplace
  • Increasing transparency and visibility of key metrics for our contractor workforce
  • Ensuring adherence to all employment regulations and labor laws
  • Identifying opportunities for process and system enhancements

We are looking for a candidate who excels in relationship-building and delivering impactful results. You will possess:

  • Previous experience in internal recruitment
  • A track record of managing a diverse contractor portfolio
  • Proficiency in utilizing search tools and developing talent pipelines
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Experience in recruiting within the Digital sector is advantageous
