The Opportunity: Global Strategic Delivery Leader

We are seeking a highly accomplished and driven Global Director of Strategic Delivery & Growth to join our dynamic team. This role will play a pivotal part in driving the growth of our expanding teams by leveraging your expertise in Research and Development, Therapeutic Areas, and operational study execution.

Responsibilities:
  • Commercial Excellence:
    • Demonstrate extensive pharmaceutical development expertise with a deep understanding of industry dynamics and client needs.
    • Effectively present the organization's capabilities to clients, fostering strong relationships at senior levels.
    • Lead innovative business development strategies, enhancing CDS Fortrea Inc.'s visibility through publications and presentations.
  • Operational Leadership:
    • Oversee the implementation of strategic plans post-award, ensuring alignment with operational requirements.
    • Utilize metrics to track strategy compliance and contribute to quality control and risk assurance initiatives.
    • Implement process improvements and lessons learned, supporting project performance indicators.
  • Strategic Thought Leadership:
    • Collaborate with CDS Fortrea Inc.'s leadership on business initiatives, contributing to the company's strategic direction.
    • Provide expert guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

  • A Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant scientific field.
  • Extensive experience in clinical research, project management, and strategic planning.
