Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee recruitment for both Contractor and Digital portfolios.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to attract and select exceptional talent from both local and international markets.
  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle while understanding organizational priorities and challenges.

What We Are Looking For:

  • A professional who excels in relationship-building and delivering impactful results.
  • Previous experience in internal recruitment.
  • Proven ability to manage a diverse and busy contractor portfolio.
  • Experience in utilizing search tools and developing talent pipelines.
  • Desirable experience in recruiting within the Digital sector.
