Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Healthcare Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the successful planning, execution, and delivery of complex healthcare initiatives that align with Southlake's strategic vision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to develop and implement comprehensive healthcare strategies and projects.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments, feasibility studies, and risk analyses to inform project planning and decision-making.
  • Develop detailed project plans, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Effectively communicate project progress, challenges, and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Monitor project performance, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to build consensus, resolve conflicts, and foster strong working relationships.

Qualifications

  • University Degree or College Diploma in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desirable.
  • Minimum five years of progressive experience in healthcare project management, preferably within a hospital or health system setting.
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing strategic plans, managing budgets, and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
