At ALIRANG RESTAURANT, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Supervise and train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Food Quality: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Inventory Management: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns.
- Work Schedules: Establish methods to meet work schedules and supervise staff.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience an asset.
- Work Setting: Restaurant.
- Physical Capabilities: Standing for extended periods, fast-paced environment, and attention to detail.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, team player, and initiative.
