About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Sous Chef to join our team at Kin Kao Thai Kitchen. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of our dishes, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution: Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our customers.
  • Chef Supervision: Supervise and mentor our team of chefs, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Food Safety and Quality Control: Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards of safety and quality, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
  • Inventory Management: Manage our inventory of ingredients and supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary stock to meet customer demand.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate our team of chefs, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
