* Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations

Requirements:

* 2+ years of experience as a sous chef or equivalent role
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
* Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
