Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize advanced project management skills to ensure effective project execution, including scope, time, cost, performance, safety, communication, human resources, contracts, materials, risks, and quality management.
  • Oversee complex multidisciplinary projects with significant scope and duration, addressing a wide range of technical and commercial challenges.
  • Exhibit strong leadership and independent judgment, earning recognition as a practical and innovative project manager.
  • Engage with clients and stakeholders to maintain robust relationships and enhance business capabilities.
  • Collaborate with a diverse range of skilled professionals on critical matters.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate complex project risks.
  • Deliver timely project updates to management, project teams, and clients through proposals, reports, and presentations.
  • Lead the creation of innovative technical solutions to meet evolving customer needs.
  • Manage vendor performance and facilitate interdepartmental collaboration to achieve project objectives.
  • Implement innovative strategies to enhance project efficiency while ensuring quality standards are met.
  • Maintain comprehensive project schedules, including critical paths and milestones.
  • Document historical data for future project impact analysis.
  • Independently prepare and present major proposals.
  • Establish clear Project Execution Plans to define roles and responsibilities.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff, reviewing complex work for accuracy.
Qualifications
  • A four-year degree in Engineering (Electrical/I&C, Nuclear, Mechanical, Chemical, Civil) or equivalent is preferred.
  • 6+ years of experience managing multidisciplinary projects with substantial complexity, demonstrating strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Solid understanding of nuclear power plant design and operations.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, in various group settings.
  • Ability to quickly grasp technical and business processes, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Proficient in project accounting and scheduling software, including SAP and Primavera P6.
  • Preferred certifications include Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
