Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Coordinator Senior to join our team at Rodan Energy Solutions. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
  2. Develop and maintain project plans, including project scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction, to ensure project objectives are met.
  4. Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, including project kick-off meetings, progress meetings, and project close-out meetings.
  5. Develop and maintain project documentation, including project reports, meeting minutes, and project status updates.
  6. Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop and implement contingency plans as needed.
  7. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  8. Provide project status updates to senior management and stakeholders.
  9. Perform other project management functions as required.
Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, business administration, or project management.

Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Skills: Strong project management skills, including project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Proficient in project management software, including MS Project, Asana, or Trello.
