Position Overview:

The Senior Project Management Engineer/Officer plays a crucial role in overseeing project preparation and coordination. This position requires effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with corporate standards and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee project preparation and coordination activities.
  • Ensure all project participants are informed of company standards and procedures.
  • Stay updated on technological advancements relevant to project management.
  • Facilitate communication between internal teams and external partners.
  • Organize and lead meetings with project teams and stakeholders.
  • Engage in initiatives for the disposal of surplus equipment.
  • Provide mentorship to staff regarding project management methodologies.
  • Develop project performance specifications and strategic plans.
  • Manage project approval workflows effectively.
  • Supervise project teams and personnel to ensure successful project execution.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant engineering or scientific expertise in project management.
  • Proven experience in the planning and development of electrical power systems.
  • Background in related industries with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of environmental protection, health, safety, and labor relations.
  • Experience in project management and the interpretation of engineering initiatives.
