Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize advanced project management skills to oversee projects effectively, including scope, time, cost, performance, safety, communication, human resources, contracts, materials, risks, and quality.
  • Manage complex multidisciplinary projects with significant scope and duration, addressing a wide range of technical and commercial challenges.
  • Exhibit strong leadership and independent judgment, earning recognition from peers and clients as a skilled and innovative project manager.
  • Engage with clients and stakeholders to maintain robust relationships and enhance business capabilities.
  • Collaborate with a diverse team of skilled professionals on critical matters.
  • Proactively identify and address complex project risks.
  • Provide timely project updates to management, team members, and clients through proposals, reports, and presentations.
  • Lead the creation of innovative technical solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Oversee vendor performance and facilitate interdepartmental collaboration to achieve project objectives.
  • Implement new strategies to enhance project efficiency while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Ensure projects have a comprehensive schedule, including critical paths, cost analysis, and milestones.
  • Maintain historical data for future project impact analysis.
  • Independently prepare and present major proposals.
  • Establish and communicate Project Execution Plans to clarify roles and responsibilities.
  • Mentor junior staff and review complex work for accuracy.
Qualifications
  • A four-year degree in Engineering (Electrical/I&C, Nuclear, Mechanical, Chemical, Civil, etc.) or equivalent is preferred.
  • 6+ years of experience managing multidisciplinary projects with substantial complexity and a solid understanding of project methodologies.
  • Familiarity with nuclear power plant design and operations is advantageous.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to quickly grasp technical and business processes, demonstrating a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Proficient in project accounting and scheduling software, as well as Microsoft Office tools.
  • Project management certification (e.g., CAPM, PMP) is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
