Job Title: Jr. Service Representative

We are seeking a Jr. Service Representative to join our team at S I Systems. As a Jr. Service Representative, you will be responsible for processing incoming payments for a large banking client.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Repairing wire payments to ensure smooth transaction processing
  2. Ensuring wire payments are processed with no errors
  3. Receiving payments in various currencies and manually converting them to the correct currency
  4. Working through a request queue with speed and accuracy

Requirements:

  1. Experience in a service representative role processing payments
  2. Typing speed of 50 words/minute at minimum
  3. Banking/Financial industry experience

Preferred Skills:

  1. Solid knowledge of general geography to facilitate international transactions

About the Role:

This is a hybrid role that requires working on rotating shifts, with a focus on back-office functions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
