Bakery Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bakery Operations Manager to join our team at United Bakery Manufacturers Inc. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bakery, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and consistency.
Key Responsibilities- Production Planning: Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand and ensure efficient use of resources.
- Team Management: Supervise and train a team of bakers and production staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that our products meet our high standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of ingredients and supplies to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Customer Service: Work closely with our sales team to ensure that customer needs are met and exceed expectations.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that our bakery operates in a safe and healthy environment, complying with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
- Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong attention to detail.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, repetitive tasks, standing for extended periods, and working under pressure.
- Personal Qualities: Accurate, client-focused, dependable, excellent oral communication, judgement, reliability, and a team player.
