Bakery Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bakery Operations Manager to join our team at Frontier Bakery. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bakery, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Production Management: Supervise and coordinate the production of bread, pastries, and other baked goods to meet customer demand and maintain high-quality standards.
- Team Leadership: Train, motivate, and lead a team of bakers and pastry chefs to achieve exceptional results and promote a positive work environment.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of ingredients, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient operations and minimize waste.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that all products meet our high standards and make recommendations for improvement.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that customer needs are met.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a bakery or related industry.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
