Bakery Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Bakery Operations Manager to join our team at St. Phillips Bakery. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bakery, ensuring that all products meet our high standards of quality and taste.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and supervise a team of bakers and production staff to ensure efficient and effective production processes.
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand and ensure timely delivery of products.
- Monitor and control inventory levels, ordering supplies and materials as needed.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- 1-2 years of experience in a bakery or food production environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
