This is a senior leadership position within Scotiabank's Commercial Banking division, reporting directly to the Vice President and Head, Commercial Banking. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of Senior Client Relationship Managers, Client Relationship Managers, and Associate Group Lead, with indirect reports including Client Service Specialists and Credit Analysts.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a high-performing team to achieve financial objectives and drive business growth.
- Develop and execute tactical plans to deepen relationships with clients and leverage internal partners to provide holistic solutions.
- Oversee activities involving varying degrees of complexity, including sales management, relationship building, and leadership.
- Collaborate with the Associate Group Lead to oversee various responsibilities and ensure the team is aligned with the Bank's goals and objectives.
