About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Clerk to join our Private Banking 1859 team at National Bank. As a Senior Clerk, you will play a key role in providing administrative support to our clients and partners, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to clients and partners, including responding to requests and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Conduct checks and analyses to ensure the accuracy of data and operations, and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Manage and provide administrative follow-up of files, ensuring timely completion and accuracy.
  • Produce reports and statistics required by partners, ensuring data integrity and quality.
  • Collaborate with the Account Manager and Account Representative to coordinate and distribute work, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Open business and personal files, and complete various requests for clients, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  • Ensure that your unit meets quality standards, making necessary corrections to work methods and procedures.
About the Team

You will be part of a passionate team committed to delivering exceptional service to our discerning clientele. You will work closely with other members of the sector and report to the Vice-President, Private Banking 1859.

Requirements
  • High school diploma and 3.5 years of relevant experience, or college diploma and 1.5 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in sales and customer service.
  • Knowledge of banking products and services for businesses.
  • Knowledge of LIS and ICOP applications.
  • Proficiency with Word and Excel.
