Job Title: Client Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Client Support Specialist to join our team at Showpass. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and helping them achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and online support systems
  • Take ownership of client issues, resolving them in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex client issues
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of Showpass products and services to provide accurate and helpful support
  • Provide feedback to internal teams to improve products and services
Requirements:
  • 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of ticketing and event management software is an asset
