Position Overview

We are looking for a Client Support Specialist to become a vital part of our growing team.

  • Deliver prompt and effective front-line support within the Service Centre
  • Engage directly with clients, addressing their questions and concerns, anticipating their needs, and documenting relevant information
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the overall client experience
  • Manage inquiries from both internal and external clients, adhering to company standards and procedures, while providing information courteously
  • Verify and update various documents and data, ensuring accuracy and identifying any inconsistencies
  • Direct inquiries and tasks to the appropriate departments or individuals
  • Perform basic administrative duties as requested by the Service Centre Manager
Qualifications
  • Ability to work 35 hours per week during the Service Centre's operating hours
  • On-site presence at the Service Centre is required
  • Valid class 5 driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Capable of performing light physical tasks, including vehicle maintenance, when necessary
  • Outstanding customer service and communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Eligibility to work in Canada

This position is eligible for an employee referral bonus.
