Join Our Team as a Client Success Specialist

At Customer Labs, we are a fast-growing SaaS organization looking for a dedicated Client Success Specialist to enhance our customer relationships.

If you are enthusiastic about fostering customer loyalty, adept at managing key accounts, and excel in a team-oriented atmosphere, this position is tailored for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee 8-12 key enterprise accounts to promote growth and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Provide comprehensive training and guidance to clients.
  • Support new clients during their initial trial phases to guarantee successful product implementations.
  • Address incoming support inquiries, resolving issues and escalating when necessary.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Client Success.
  • At least 2 years of experience with SaaS solutions in a startup environment.
  • A proactive self-starter with a creative and adaptable mindset.
