Client Support Specialist

Job Summary:
Altus Group Limited/Groupe Altus Limitée is seeking a highly skilled Client Support Specialist to join our Tax Team in Calgary. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support, client support, and relationship building services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Handle diverse administrative tasks individually and as part of the team, including data entry, data and report exports, edits, and validation of data.
- Data Analysis Support: Provide analysis support in various formats to our clients.
- Client Support: Assist clients in the collection of assessment data, completing necessary forms required by the assessing authorities for Altus Group's engagement in property tax consulting.
- Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry stakeholders, fostering trust and confidence in Altus Group.
Key Requirements:
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills and other relevant software applications.
- Proficiency in drafting contracts, ensuring accuracy and adherence to legal guidelines.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a client-focused approach.
- Strong organizational abilities with acute attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working effectively under deadlines and managing time-sensitive tasks.
- Capability to work independently while also being a proactive team player.
