Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Financial Operations to join our team at Tracks Employment Services. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our financial management efforts and ensuring the effective execution of our financial strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Management: Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans, forecasts, and strategies to achieve our short- and long-term financial objectives.
  • Financial Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports, including budget variances, financial statements, and other relevant financial information.
  • Financial Systems and Processes: Design, implement, and maintain effective financial systems and processes to ensure efficient and accurate financial transactions.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Lead and manage a team of financial professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure their success and growth.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, employees, and external partners.
Requirements
  • Education: Degree in Public or Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
  • Professional Designations: Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of senior financial management experience, with a proven track record of success in leading financial teams and achieving financial objectives.
  • Skills: Strong financial planning, analysis, and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret and communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Leadership and Management: Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Communication and Interpersonal: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
