  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs focused on risk management, process documentation, and governance.
  • Oversee the process documentation team, ensuring high-quality outputs and timely delivery.
  • Facilitate communication and transparency between Global Business Service Center documentation resources and assessment teams.
  • Collaborate with Global Transformation Office Teams to integrate control requirements into compliance processes.
  • Direct compliance matters to the appropriate channels for investigation and resolution.
  • Support the establishment of a scalable operational framework with the Global Business Service Center and other dedicated resources.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Risk Management, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional certification in risk management or process improvement is advantageous.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in risk management, controls, or process improvement roles.
  • Demonstrated experience in conducting risk assessments and audits within a professional or financial services context.
  • Ability to provide strategic guidance to senior management and project teams regarding risk exposure and mitigation strategies.
  • Strong understanding of risk management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
  • Proficient in managing client and stakeholder relationships.
