About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at KGK MY BITES INC. as a Team Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our fast food outlet, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and manage a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they are meeting their job duties and performance expectations.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Train new staff members on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, as well as provide ongoing coaching and feedback to improve their performance.
  • Estimate and Manage Inventory: Estimate the quantity of ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have sufficient stock to meet customer demand.
  • Quality Control and Assurance: Ensure that all food and service meet our high quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, cost estimates, and financial reports to ensure the efficient operation of our outlet.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that we provide exceptional customer service.
  • Record Keeping and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, as well as prepare and submit regular reports to management.
  • Work Scheduling: Establish and manage work schedules to ensure that our staff are adequately covered during peak periods.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a fast-paced food service environment
  • Work Setting: Fast food outlet or concession
  • Security and Safety: Bondable and willing to undergo a criminal record check
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and walking
