Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Counsel to join our team at Top Aces, a leading provider of advanced adversary training services to allied forces around the globe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide general corporate in-house legal advice and services to support the company's growth and expansion.
  • Negotiate and draft commercial agreements, including NDAs, LOIs, Terms Sheets, Supply Agreements, Service Agreements, Teaming Agreements, Leases, and other contracts.
  • Prepare negotiation guidelines and ready-to-use standard contracts to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Support the VP Legal Affairs, General Counsel, and Chief Compliance Officer in acquisitions, financing, corporate reorganizations, and policy implementation.
  • Collaborate with the finance, supply, business development, and HR teams to provide legal support and guidance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree, with a strong background in commercial law.
  • At least 7 years of experience as in-house corporate counsel in a big company with international operations.
  • Excellent writing skills in English, with knowledge of other foreign languages an asset.
  • Proactive, creative, and quick learner with excellent working knowledge of MS Office.
  • Multidisciplinary and multicultural collaboration skills, with a commitment to equal employment opportunity.
