- Liaising between departments to support stores and field resources
Primary Responsibilities
- Organizing and testing end user applications
- Developing reports to support management
- Leading training initiatives
- Creating roll-out schedules and change management plans for WFM application
- Developing content for operational web meetings
Requirements
- Advanced level of initiative and judgment
- Specialized interpersonal skills
- Expert knowledge of WFM application
- Strong computer skills
Experience
- Over two years of business/systems/project management experience
Education
- Post secondary education in IT/business or related field
