Primary Responsibilities

  • Organizing and testing end user applications
  • Developing reports to support management
  • Leading training initiatives
  • Creating roll-out schedules and change management plans for WFM application
  • Developing content for operational web meetings

Requirements

  • Advanced level of initiative and judgment
  • Specialized interpersonal skills
  • Expert knowledge of WFM application
  • Strong computer skills

Experience

  • Over two years of business/systems/project management experience

Education

  • Post secondary education in IT/business or related field
