Job Description

Job Title: Lead, Employee Engagement

Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead our employee engagement efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance employee satisfaction, retention, and overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive and inclusive work culture
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement programs that support employee growth and development
  • Conduct regular surveys and focus groups to gather feedback and insights from employees
  • Identify and address areas for improvement in employee satisfaction and retention
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, managers, and executives

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in employee engagement, HR, or a related field
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful employee engagement initiatives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of company goals and objectives
