Employee Training Coordinator

Role Overview

As the Employee Training Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the training and development initiatives for our workforce across various locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Training and Facilitation: Assess training needs based on employee feedback and management input. Develop and deliver training sessions in various formats, including in-person and virtual.
  • Training Library Management: Maintain an up-to-date training library on the company intranet, ensuring accessibility of materials for all staff.
  • Health and Safety Compliance: Stay informed about health and safety regulations, coordinating necessary training sessions to ensure compliance.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in projects aimed at enhancing training materials and processes, ensuring they align with industry best practices.
  • Performance Assessment: Conduct evaluations post-training to confirm employee competency and adjust training methods as necessary.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with HR and management to identify career development paths and create tailored training programs.

Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree or College Diploma in a relevant field, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in adult education or training. A solid understanding of adult learning principles and experience in industrial environments is advantageous.
