Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our HR projects and employee experience initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the development and launch of employee experience initiatives, tracking HR projects, and supporting key HR objectives.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Lead and manage HR-related projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment and collaboration throughout each project. Prepare and present project progress reports to senior management and oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Project Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact and facilitate regular project meetings, provide updates, and address any issues or risks that arise.
  • People Data Analytics: Leverage people data analytics to provide insightful recommendations and drive informed decision-making, ensuring HR strategies and projects are data-backed, agile, and aligned with the evolving needs of the business and employees.
  • Policy Development: Identify opportunities to harmonize HR policies, procedures, and processes across Canada and the USA. Design, develop, and implement HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals and comply with legal requirements.
  • Progress Tracking: Track progress and report on key metrics related to employee experience initiatives.
  • Culture Promotion: Promote and support a culture that values diversity, equity, and inclusion in everything that we do.

Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in HR or Business Administration.
  • Certifications: Certificate in Project Management is an asset. CHRP certified or working towards this designation is an asset.
  • Experience: Minimum 5+ years of HR experience as a Generalist, Business Partner, and/or HR Projects Specialist or Advisor.
  • Skills: Demonstrated project coordination/management experience. Experience with using Google Suite and HRIS (Workday) is an asset. Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset.
