This is a unique opportunity to live and work on-site, working four weekdays each week, every second weekend, and on-call some evenings.

As an Assistant Property Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of common areas, performing minor maintenance repairs, preparing apartments for new residents, and providing exceptional customer service to residents and potential residents.

We offer a competitive salary, shared rent-free two-bedroom apartment, employer-paid benefits, quarterly bonuses based on property performance, and annual bonuses based on personal performance.

Key Responsibilities:

* Cleaning common areas of the property
* Minor maintenance repairs
* Preparing apartments for new residents
* Providing exceptional customer service to residents and potential residents
